Data we collect

The form requests the name and email of an adult, their relationship with the project - family, education or professional field - and, optionally, the message they want to share.

We do not request names or other identifying information from minors.

What do we use them for?

We use this data only to manage interest in Famil·IA, contact about future tests of the project and find out what interested people expect. We do not use them for third-party advertising or to create automated profiles.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is the consent expressed when voluntarily submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time. We will retain the request for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless you request its deletion sooner or there is a legal obligation to retain it.

Service providers and recipients

The data is hosted in the infrastructure contracted for Famil·IA and a notification is sent to the management mailbox of the person responsible. Technical hosting and mail providers may process them solely to provide those services. We do not sell or transfer information to third parties, except under legal obligation.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability of your data, as well as withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@famil-ia.es. You can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

This website does not use analytics, advertising, external trackers or non-essential cookies. If this changes, we will update this information before activating those services.
