AI for families

Technology adapts to the family's guidelines, not the other way around.

Famil·IA brings together local privacy and educational support in an experience that each home can configure to suit their ages, priorities and ways of learning.

The same AI does not fit the same in all homes

Families make different decisions about times, content and ways to accompany them. Therefore, a familiar AI needs more than a generic configuration. You must be able to reflect understandable agreements and keep them present when you respond.

The Famil·IA prototype has profiles, adaptation by age, modes of use, limits and personalized guidelines. The family dashboard concentrates these decisions so that it is not necessary to intervene in every conversation.

Profiles by age

The way of explaining and the level of detail can be adjusted to the profile used by the application.

Available modes

The home chooses which learning, creating and conversation spaces are active.

Use limits

The setup allows you to establish a daily framework without presenting time as a punishment.

Guidelines for responding

For example: offering clues, using close examples or asking for adult support when faced with a risk.

Accompaniment without permanent surveillance

The family dashboard allows you to review and configure the experience. It can also show warnings about sensitive topics. These warnings appear outside the child's conversation so as not to confuse an educational response with an internal message directed at the adult.

The intention is not to turn every question into an alert. Everyday topics must continue to be a space of curiosity. When an issue requires support, the response can explain it in appropriate language, suggest speaking with a trusted adult, and provide the tutor with a proportionate signal.

Twelve spaces with one consistent approach to support

The prototype includes Speaking, Homework, Reading, English, Mathematics, Programming, 3D/Tinkercad, Challenges, Games, Curiosity, Calm and Role. Each space has its own objective, but they all share the guidelines configured for the profile.

The public website allows you to explore four of them through a demo: Curiosity, Duties, Stories and Calm. The questions are selected in advance and do not connect to the domestic system.

Demo settings are temporary. They are maintained only while you visit the page and are not saved or sent to the actual prototype.

How to start a family conversation about AI

Agree what it will be used for

Learning, practicing, creating stories or solving doubts are different purposes.

Explain that you can also make mistakes

A convincing answer is not always correct; checking is part of learning.

Decide when to ask for help

Health, safety, fear or important conflicts need an adult.

Review agreements

Guidelines may change as age, interests, and experience change.
